New main HomeLab server

This is the moment when a major change happens in HomeLab. After many years in which my first low-power server that I built from scratch successfully served all the essential infrastructure of the HomeLab, the time came for its powers to reach its limits and the need for its replacement appeared.

The new server is smaller, consumes less energy and has a higher processing power. This time it is built by a brand, Minisforum, and not like last time, from components chosen by me and a hand made case.

This new server will take over the entire essential infrastructure of HomeLab and will become the new "pve-master". All the virtual machines on the old Proxmox instance will be migrated here, and the expectation is that the difference in performance will be visible and everything will move almost instantly.

The main hardware upgrade targets the following components:

Processor Intel Celeron Quad-Core J3455 1.5GHz/2.3GHz(turbo), 4 Cores, 2 MB Cache, 10W TDP => Intel Core i3-1005G1 1.20GHz/3.40GHz(turbo), 2 Cores, 4 Threads, 4MB Smart Cache
RAM Memory 16GB DDR3 1600MHz Dual channel => 16GB DDR4 3200MHz Dual channel
Disk Storage

1 x Intel SATA-III 512GB SSD
1 x WD Blue 512GB, 5400rpm, SATA 3 Hard Disk

=> 1 x Kingston 512GB NVME SSD
1 x WD Green 512GB SATA SSD

In addition to the elements listed above, the new server also brings numerous other improvements at the connectivity level, but these are not so necessary for its purpose.
